Spadefish are often seen circling the back of the boat when we fish on the wrecks around Marco Island. They provide a lot of fun fishing for the smaller kids who \"sight fish\" for them. Dropping a half shrimp on a small hook with a little \"kiddy rod\" (for their small hands to grip properly) results in a good fight for a tyke.
